Holding Out For Love (Windswept Bay Book 5) by Debra Clopton

Standard

This is Jillian Sinclair’s story……. She is the landscaper at her parents resort. She is very happy with her life as she works with plants and enjoys her family.  Her sisters are enjoying wedded bliss or engaged to be married. Jillian hopes one day to meet the man of her dreams and become a wife and mother. Then her doctor gives her news that devastates her, telling her, if she is to have a child, she needs to right away for her endometriosis is much  worse. But she is not married and no man with whom she is in love with. Her dreams are quickly disappearing… Then Ryan, a close childhood friend of her brothers returns to Windswept Bay. Jillian has had a crush on him since she was in 6th grade, and humiliated herself with him, the night before he left town. She is embarrassed to  see him after she did this while drinking. Once Ryan sees Jillian all grown up, he finds his buried feeling for her begin to surface. Can Ryan settled in Windswept Bay and give up his undercover career?  Can Jillian bury her pride and let him in, or does her diseased womb stand in the way? I was pleased to read and review this book.  Clopton is a great writer.                                                                                                                     Holding Out For Love (Windswept Bay Book 5) by [Clopton, Debra]
